Recipe #1: ANTI OXIDANT EXFOLIATING VITAMIN RICH FACIAL SCRUB


Ingredients:


You Will Need

1 small potato

Cotton ball

What You Have To Do

Grate the potato and squeeze the juice out of it.

Soak a cotton ball in this and apply it all over the face.

Leave the juice on your face for 15 minutes and then rinse with cool water.

How Often You Should Do This?

Repeat this twice a week.


Why This Works?

Potatoes are also a rich source of vitamin C, which helps to regenerate collagen in that has been damaged and also prevent loss of skin elasticity. Your fine lines and wrinkles will fade away with ease


  • 1 Teaspoon mint tea (steeped)
  • 3 Tablespoon sunflower meal
  • 1 fig
  • 1/2 Tablespoon safflower oil

Directions:


Cut a dry fig in half, dip one half in oil and mint tea mixture. Rub it onto your clean washed face and gently massage to exfoliate. Rub in the leftover oil and leave to dry if you wish. Rinse off with the rest of the cold mint tea then pat dry with a cotton ball.


You Will Need

Few pieces of ripe papaya


What You Have To Do?

Mash the papaya to get a smooth paste. Add some water if required.


Apply it all over the face and neck.


Leave it on for about 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Papaya face pack will give best results if used twice a week.

Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 Tablespoon yogurt
  • 3 or 4 few berries
  • 1 Teaspoon honey

Directions:


In a food processor or blender, mix all ingredients together and apply to skin. Leave on for 10 minute and wash off with warm water

1 teaspoon rose water

Chop and mash the banana. Add the honey and rose water to it, and mix well.

Apply this pack and keep it on for 20 minutes.

Rinse with cool water.

How Often You Should Do This?

Use the banana pack 1-2 times in a week.
