10 Must Have Natural Hair Products for Fall & Winter

I’ve tried a lot of natural hair products since my big chop in August 2009. Last week, I shared my Black Friday wish list for products that are on my radar.

This week I’m sharing my “10 Must-Have Natural Hair Products for Fall and Winter months”. Almost all of the products listed are multi-functional and they have worked well on my very dense, kinky hair. I practically use them year round but they are definitely passed the cold weather test.

Qhemet Biologics Amla & Olive Heavy is the bizniss! There is no other way to describe it. If you have thick, kinky, dry hair, you NEED this. It is a bit pricey but this is one case where ” a little goes a long way” applies. One jar lasts me well over 6 months. Check out my review here.

Qhemet Aethiopika Hydrate & Twist Butter is another favorite. It is a great styler/sealant that really keep my hair soft, supple and shiny. See how I use it HERE.

Shea Moisture Deep Treatment Masque is another great multi-functional product. It is one of my favorites for twisting as well as moisturizing my hair.

Jane Carter Solutions Nourish & Shine is a great sealant/styler. This product keep my hair soft & supple and it’s one of my favorites for doing mini-twists.

Beija Flor Naturals Creme Brulee is a thick, uber moisturizing styler that locks in moisture and keep my hair soft and supple. Read my review here.

BASK Palm Tapioca Hair Cream is another one of my favorites. It is thick and creamy and keeps my hair moisturized for at least a week at a time, especially if I wear my hair pinned up.

Jamaican Black Castor Oil (JBCO) is a STAPLE. I love this stuff year round, but it is a must have in the colder months. It is a great sealant, and I add it to my deep conditioners and hot oil treatments.

CURLS Coconut Sublime Conditioner became an instant favorite from the first time I used it. This conditioner really softens and moisturizes my hair. I love the fact that it can be left in (per the website).

Darcy’s Botanicals Pumpkin Seed Curl Moisturizing Conditioner is another awesome multi-functional product. I use it as a Deep conditioner, rinse out conditioner and as a leave in. Plus it smells amazing. This conditioner does an amazing job at moisturizing my hair.

Last and certainly not least, is the Nubian Heritage Indian Hemp & Tamanu Masque. Yet another awesome multi-functional product that keeps my hair conditioned and soft. Read my review.
